		<description>Just finished FLOW: The Psychology of optimal experience. Brilliant book. Explains why athletes can perform at a high level and how to get there and stay there more often. This is a concept I am studying VERY closely. As a golfer I believe FLOW is all the matters. The rest is just details.</description>
